Do you offer free a consultation?
I do. You are welcome to a free 15-20 minute consultation with me so we can meet each other and determine if we are a good fit. You’ll be able to ask me any question that you may have, and I can learn about your situation to determine if my skill sets match your needs.

What type of insurance do you accept?
Currently in network with Cigna, United Healthcare/Optum/Oxford, and Lyra EAP. I am considered an out of network provider for all other insurance companies. Please visit the rates and insurance for more info about the types of insurance I accept.
What can I expect to get out of therapy?
During the first few sessions we will meet to discuss your current concerns, what has helped in the past, and to identify what you would like to see differently in your life. Together we will create a treatment plan consisting of goals and objectives which serves as a roadmap in our work together. Therapy is a collaborative process, the more you are ready and willing to do the work, the more you will get out of it!
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. I specialize in maternal mental health, trauma (EMDR), Gottman’s Couples Therapy, and those identifying as high achievers. Please read more about me and my services on the about me page.
How can I know if we are good match?
This is a great question… it’s important to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. The best way to know if we are a match is by doing a free consultation so we can speak and get a feel for each other. Usually we can determine if we’d be a good match after one conversation.
